James is a San Antonio native, a Reagan High School alumnus, and a former baseball player for the University of Texas at San Antonio. Later, he was drafted by the Washington Nationals. James has been an integral part of the Ideal Precision Roofing team since 2016. Currently, James lives in northern San Antonio with his wife, Adriane, and their three children: Bryson, Colbee, and Cash.

Bill has been a valued member of the Ideal team since 2008. Originally from Anchorage, Alaska, he decided to trade the cold weather for the warmer climate of Texas.In his free time, Bill enjoys traveling, with some of his favorite destinations being the Caribbean and Europe. At home, he and his wife, Natasha, have their hands full with their daughter, three dogs, and two cats
Jacklyn Pancake

Jacklyn relocated to San Antonio in 2017, following a childhood of frequent moves due to her parents’ service in the military. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2022. Outside of work, Jacklyn enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She currently lives in San Antonio with her fiancé, Brian.

Olivia is the Production Manager for the company. She is a southern girl at heart, born and raised in Georgia (Go Dawgs)! She attended the University of North Georgia and graduated in 2021 with a degree in Business Administration. She currently lives in South Georgia with her fiancé, Tyler Munk, and their 2 dogs, Shadow and Dakota.

Jeff is a San Antonio native and a Clark HS graduate. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Texas San Antonio. Jeff is a proud single father who spends his free time taking care of his son.

Scott is an Army veteran from Houston who can usually be seen in a cowboy hat and boots. He now lives in north San Antonio with his fiancé and two dogs.

I have been in the roofing industry for 2 years now as a project manager. I went to the University of Georgia and studied Finance. I also played baseball my freshman year of college at Piedmont University. I love watching baseball and football and playing golf with friends.

I have been involved in the roofing industry for over 11 years now and have been with Ideal since 2013. My father, Michael Munk, is the one who started this company serving Texas since 1993 and has built it up into what it is today. I graduated from the University of Mississippi State in 2019 with a Bachelors in Business Administration.

Ryan has been in sales for 10 years. He is a San Antonio native who graduated from Warren High School and went to play college baseball. Ryan is also a pitching coordinator for a local select team out in Cibilo. Ryan and his family live local with their beautiful 6 month old baby girl.

Armando Leon has been in sales for over 15 years. Born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, however, he moved to Texas as fast as he could 30 years ago. Upon arriving in Texas Armando began his journey in construction. Armando has a loving wife for over 20 years, 4 kids, 2 boys, 2 girls and 3 grandsons.
