Meet The Central Texas

James has been in the roofing industry since 2015 and has been the Vice President for Ideal Precision Roofing since 2017. James is a San Antonio native where he graduated from Reagan High School and went on to play baseball for the University of Texas at San Antonio and then was drafted by the Washington Nationals. He currently lives in northern San Antonio with his wife Adriane and three kids Bryson, Colbee and Cash.

Bill Dean is the CFO of Ideal Precision and has worked for Ideal since 2008.Born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska he had enough of the cold weatherand made his way to Texas. Bill loves to travel, his favorite places arethe Caribbean, and Europe. His wife Natasha and him have 3 dogs, and 2 cats that keep them busy at home.

Dustin Pozan is the Regional Sales Manager for the company. He is a San Antonio native. He went to MacArthur HS and Texas State University. He spent 4 years in Las Vegas Nevada as a Professional Poker Player before moving back to San Antonio. Dustin joined our sales team in 2016. He lives locally with his wife, who graduated from Texas A&M University, son, and 2 dogs.

Caleb Clayton is an experienced Project Manager. He has seven years experience in Management on Residential and Commercial jobs in the San Antonio area. Caleb was born and raised in San Antonio. He began work in Construction as a young man helping his father and grandfather in just about every role on a job site. Today, his focus is on working closing with the Ideal Precision Roofing Team and spending as much time as he can with his wife and hilarious three year old daughter.

Cody Moon is a Project Manager for Ideal Precision Roofing & Exteriors for the past 3 years now. Born and raised in San Antonio, fun fact he played collegiate baseball at The University of the Incarnate Word downtown. Cody ensures his clients will be well taken care of and always brings a positive attitude to every Job site! During his free time you can find him down south fishing in North Padre for trout and redfish with his Father!

Joshua Gomez Project manager at Ideal Precision Roofing And Exteriors. Continuing to help those in need after a storm and putting smiles back on faces for years to come. Managing crews for 8 years and counting.
